Degree Apprenticeships
This area contains information to support the development of apprenticeships at the University, we provide: guidance on the curriculum design and approval process, and the implementation of documentation for quality assurance processes. We can also support you to make the most of work-based pedagogies, and the learning environment, and give assistance with the development of guidance for workplace educators and university workplace mentors. In addition to this there is lots of practical help and support across a wide range of learning technologies, including lecture capture, Canvas and e-portfolios, online assessment, virtual classroom technologies, and online collaboration tools.
Your key contact in the Learning and Teaching Innovation Centre to support this work is:
- Sarah Flynn, Associate Director of Learning and Teaching (Workplace Learning and Degree Apprenticeships)
Resources designed to support you in developing your apprenticeships are held on Herts Hub, which UH staff can access via this link.
