The Assessment Team worked with Schools and Departments across the University to support all aspects of Assessment and Feedback practice.

The Team was involved in a developmental project called the ITEAM project which aimed to integrate technology enhanced methods of assessment for student support and self-regulation. The project activity included training and support for in-class testing through the use of Electronic Voting Systems (EVS) and for out of class testing through the use of Question Mark Perception (QMP). In addition, the team  looked at the use of automated feedback systems and producing exemplars of grading criteria. Finally, the future development of a Student Progress Dashboard should enable assessment performance to be viewed at a glance by both students and staff providing opportunities to enhance learning support and facilitate student self-regulation.

See below for detailed posters of different aspects of the project.
