The University Strategic Plan informs the work of the entire institution and the Learning and Teaching Innovation Centre  is no exception. The term Business-Facing was coined at the University of Hertfordshire to embrace the attitude and ethos of the University. We aim to build on the University's reputation as the UK's leading business-facing university and distinguish ourselves internationally with the quality of our research, our outstanding teaching, and in the quality of the students' university experience.

Our vision is to be internationally renowned as the UK's leading business-facing university.

The vision is underpinned by our key strategic objectives.

Many of the resources in our Knowledge Exchange have been created to assist our staff in achieving the goals of the Strategic Plan.
